Rating:  - * A Must For All Cat Owners ... I have always had house cats and especially appreciated the article on how to catch them when they manage to escape. I have a lot of health issues and my cat is very important to me and your magazine helps me know how to take the best possible care of her. She gets regular vet visits as well as lots of love and care at home. Thanks for your hard work. Rating: - * excellent ... not long reading; tells things about cats health that you need to know Rating: - * CatWatch is excellent ... I highly recommend CatWatch to anyone who owns/cares for a cat or cats. There are always interesting articles to read each month. The writing style is concise and to the point and easy for most to understand in layman's terms. There is a good variety of topics discussed. Rating:  - * Okay, but I wouldn't renew my subscription ... This magazine is okay, but like a previous reviewer said, it often states the obvious. It does not have very many "hard-edged" articles. It is often too "matter of fact", and too careful not to make judgments. It never makes recommendations you couldn't guess yourself, and always tells you to ask your vet before doing anything beyond common sense. Even when it cannot make recommendations without examination of the cat, it does not fully explain all of the possibilities and their consequences for your cat -- it just says "see your vet". It intentionally avoids mentioning products by brand, to avoid the appearance of endorsement, even if there might be something good (or bad) to say about a particular product. I think "Catnip" is better. Rating:  - * Not A Bad Publication ... The previous reviewer gave this publication an unfair review. I work in a "no kill" shelter and many, many people do not know about sticky tape, covered litter boxes, etc. The articles are written so everyone can read and understand them, and contain a great deal of useful information. Also, not all shelters are "kill" shelters. One just has to make a few phone calls or jump on the web to find them. |

The device's large, easy-to-read LCD display can separately display aerobic steps and minutes walked more than 10 minutes continuously, so you always have the information you need right in front of you. Meanwhile, a seven day history lets you review a full week of exercise. The device also resets at midnight automatically so it's ready to go every morning. Of course, the device can also function as a handy and highly accurate clock. It also comes with a detachable belt holder and security strap so it's always close at hand.
The HJ-112 is powered by a replaceable lithium battery (CR2032) that will last six months when used for walking 10,000 steps a day. The device measures approximately 2.8 x 2.1 x .6 inches (H x W x D) and weighs 1.1 ounces (not including battery).
